Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The ACAD9 gene encodes a mitochondrial enzyme belonging to the acyl-CoA dehydrogenase family. These enzymes catalyze the rate-limiting step in the β-oxidation of fatty acyl-CoA. ACAD9 is active toward palmitoyl-CoA and long-chain unsaturated substrates. Mutations in this gene cause acyl-CoA dehydrogenase family member type 9 deficiency. Multiple transcript variants exist due to alternative splicing.
