Product Specific Information
- Store vial at -20°C prior to opening.
- Aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for extended storage.

This antibody is directed against human TAF1 protein. BLAST analysis suggests cross-reactivity with TAF1 protein from human, mouse, and rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Reactivity against homologues from other sources is not known.
Target Information
3-Phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase (PHGDH; EC 1.1.1.95) catalyzes the transition of 3-phosphoglycerate into 3-phosphohydroxypyruvate, the first and rate-limiting step in the phosphorylated pathway of serine biosynthesis, using NAD+/NADH as a cofactor.
