이 항체는 돼지, 마우스, 랫, 햄스터, 소, 개, 양과 교차 반응하지 않습니다.
Target Information
Cytokeratin 18 (Keratin 18, KRT18, type I cytoskeletal 18)은 낮은 분자량의 산성 케라틴 아형에 속하며, cytokeratin 8과 함께 존재합니다.
소화기, 호흡기, 비뇨생식기, 내분비 및 외분비 조직, 중피세포 등에서 발현됩니다.
비편평 상피 및 대부분의 선암종, 관암종에서 검출되며, 편평세포암에서는 검출되지 않습니다.
간세포암은 cytokeratin 8과 18만을 발현합니다.
Cytokeratin 18 유전자 돌연변이는 특발성 간경변과 관련이 있습니다.
두 가지 전사 변형체가 동일한 단백질을 암호화합니다.
Cytokeratin 아형 발현 패턴은 다양한 상피성 악성종양의 감별 진단에 활용됩니다.
이 항체는 면역조직화학, 세포병리학, 유세포 분석 등에서 유용하게 사용됩니다.
