Target Information
Plasminogen은 주로 간에서 합성되는 혈장 단백질로, 단일 폴리펩타이드 사슬로 구성되며 분자량은 약 88.5 kDa입니다. 혈장 내 농도는 70–200 mg/L 범위이며, tissue-plasminogen activator, urokinase, streptokinase 등에 의해 활성화되어 plasmin으로 전환됩니다. 활성화 시 예비활성화 펩타이드가 절단되어 방출됩니다. Plasmin은 5개의 kringle 구조를 포함한 heavy (A) chain과 활성 부위를 가진 light (B) chain으로 구성된 trypsin 유사 프로테아제입니다. 주요 기질은 fibrin이며, fibrin 결합 부위는 kringle 영역에 존재합니다. Plasmin은 섬유소 용해(fibrinolysis)에 필수적이며, Plasmin의 선천적 결함으로 인한 섬유소 용해능 저하는 반복적인 혈전증, 혈전정맥염, 폐색전증을 유발할 수 있습니다.
