- In direct ELISAs, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-17, IL-17B, IL-17C, and IL-17F is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
Interleukin 25 (IL-25) is a member of the IL-17 family and acts as a proinflammatory cytokine produced by Th17 effector cells. It contributes to autoimmune processes such as Rheumatoid Arthritis and induces activation of NF-kappa-B, stimulating the production of proinflammatory chemokines like IL-8. IL-25 activity is regulated by IL-23, IL-5, and TGF-beta.
