- Less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-17, IL-17C, IL-17E, and IL-17F.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
The IL17B gene encodes a T cell-derived cytokine that shares sequence similarity with IL17. This cytokine stimulates the release of TNF alpha (TNF) and IL1 beta (IL1B) from monocytic cells. Immunohistochemical analysis shows localization mainly in neuronal cell bodies.
