Target Information
EPS15 is a ubiquitously expressed protein involved in cell growth regulation and control of mitogenic signaling. Phosphorylation on Tyrosine 849 upon DNA damage contributes to EGFR internalization. Chromosomal aberrations involving EPS15 are associated with acute leukemia, leading to abnormal activator protein formation.
