Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MAP2K1 (MEK1) kinase is a dual-specificity protein kinase involved in mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) cascades, regulating cell growth and differentiation.
Activated by phosphorylation at serine 218 and 222 by Raf1, MEK1 participates in stress response, apoptosis, and cytokine-induced proliferation.
Mutations in MAP2K1 can result in cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome.
