Description:
P1B5 단클론 항체는 인간 CD49c (Integrin α3)를 인식합니다. Integrin은 세포 간 또는 세포-기질 간 부착을 매개하는 세포 표면 수용체 패밀리로, α 및 β 두 개의 아단위로 구성된 이합체 형태를 가집니다. Integrin α3는 β1 아단위와 결합해 α3β1 integrin을 형성하며, 상피세포 이동과 상처 치유 과정에 관여합니다.

P1B5 항체는 type I 및 VI collagen, fibronectin, laminin에 대한 부착에 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고되었습니다.

ITGA3는 인간의 ITGA3 유전자에 의해 암호화된 세포 부착 분자로, 염색체 17q21.33에 위치합니다. β1 아단위와 함께 α3β1 integrin을 형성하여 신경 이동 및 피질 발생에 관여합니다. DAB1 인산화와 ITGA3 신호전달의 기능적 연관성은 신경세포의 이동 해제 시점을 조절합니다. 또한 ITGA3는 13개의 잠재적 N-당화 부위와 7개의 N-말단 반복 단위를 포함하며, 150 kDa 단백질로 발현됩니다.
