Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The Jagged 1 (JAG1) protein is the human homolog of the Drosophila jagged protein.
Human Jagged 1 acts as a ligand for the receptor Notch 1, which is also a homolog of the Drosophila Notch receptor.
Mutations in JAG1 cause Alagille syndrome, and Jagged 1–Notch 1 signaling is known to play a role in hematopoiesis.
