Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
CD45RB is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase and a CD45 glycoprotein. CD45 plays a crucial role in lymphocyte development and antigen signaling, regulating Src-family kinases and promoting cell survival through integrin-mediated signal transduction. It is also involved in DNA fragmentation during apoptosis.
CD45 isoforms differ in their extracellular domains but share identical transmembrane and cytoplasmic domains. Their expression depends on cell type and physiological state. CD45RB is expressed in microglia and inflammatory cells.
CD45 is expressed on cells of the human hematopoietic lineage except for mature red cells.
