Target Information
Poly-ADP-ribosyltransferase involved in various processes such as Wnt signaling pathway, telomere length regulation, and vesicle trafficking. Acts as an activator of the Wnt signaling pathway by mediating poly-ADP-ribosylation (PARsylation) of AXIN1 and AXIN2, key components of the beta-catenin destruction complex. Mediates PARsylation of BLZF1, CASC3, and TERF1, contributing to telomere length regulation and centrosome maturation. May also play roles in vesicle trafficking and spindle pole assembly, and stimulates 26S proteasome activity. [UniProt]
