Target Information
BRD4는 BET 단백질 패밀리에 속하는 핵 인산화 단백질로, 인간에서 마우스 MCAP의 상동체입니다. 두 개의 N-말단 브로모도메인, 중앙 ET 도메인, 그리고 여러 키나아제 유사 모티프를 포함합니다. 두 가지 아이소폼으로 발현되며, 긴 형태는 C-말단에 프롤린 및 글루타민 풍부 영역을 가집니다. BRD4는 성장 자극에 반응하여 발현이 유도되며, RFC 및 SPA-1과 같은 단백질과 상호작용하여 세포 성장과 염색체 역학 조절에 관여합니다. 또한, BRD4는 인유두종바이러스 E2 단백질의 세포 표적 역할을 합니다.
