The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
NAT-9 (N-acetyltransferase 9), also known as EBSP (embryo brain-specific protein), is a 207 amino acid protein belonging to the acetyltransferase family and GNAT subfamily. It contains an N-acetyltransferase domain and may be associated with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, inflammatory/autoimmune diseases affecting skin, tendons, and joints of the hands and feet. NAT-9 is expressed as two isoforms produced by alternative splicing and is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 17, which comprises over 2.5% of the human genome and encodes more than 1,200 genes.
