Product Specific Information
This antibody reacts with extracellular polymorphic determinants on human HLA-DQ1 and HLA-DQ3 molecules (recognized epitope was found on isolated beta chain of DQ1), but does not react with HLA-DQ2.
HLA-DQ is a human MHC Class II isotype expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APC; dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages).
- Western Blot: Use under non-reducing conditions.
Target Information
Reacts with polymorphic determinant on human HLA-DQ1 and HLA-DQ3 molecules (recognized epitope found on isolated beta chain of DQ1), but not with HLA-DQ2.
HLA and MHC antibodies are important in Immunopeptidomics, aiding identification and characterization of neoantigens via HPLC-MS/MS analysis.
