Product Specific Information

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates.
Advantages include:

  • Enhanced specificity and sensitivity
  • Lot-to-lot consistency
  • Animal origin-free formulation
  • Broader immunoreactivity due to the extensive rabbit immune repertoire

Target Information

Nuclear factor kB p65 (NF-kB p65), encoded by the RELA gene on human chromosome 11, is also known as RelA. It belongs to the Rel protein family and forms part of the NF-kB complex with subunits p50 or p52.
Upon TNF-α stimulation, IKK phosphorylates IκB, leading to its degradation and the release of NF-kB. NF-kB p65 plays a crucial role in the transcription of the immunoglobulin k (kappa) gene in mature B-lymphoid cells.
