Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
The NFκB transcription factor was originally identified as a protein complex composed of a DNA-binding subunit and an associated protein. The DNA-binding subunit is functionally related to c-Rel p75 and RelB p68.
RelB does not bind strongly to NFκB sites alone but forms heterodimers with p50 that bind with comparable affinity to p50 NFκB homodimers. Unlike NFκB heterodimers, RelB/p50 heterodimers transactivate transcription of promoters containing κB binding sites.
