Target Information
Crk 단백질은 Crk-I와 Crk-II 형태로 존재하며, 두 형태는 생물학적 활성이 다릅니다.
Crk-II는 Crk-I보다 낮은 변형 활성을 가지며, MAPK8 활성화, 세포막 주름 형성 및 Rac 의존적 세포 이동에 관여합니다.
또한 DOCK1 및 DOCK4와의 상호작용을 통해 세포 사멸세포의 식작용과 세포 이동을 조절하며, EFNA5-EPHA3 신호 조절에도 관여합니다.
