Target Information

Zika virus (ZIKV)는 Flaviviridae 계열에 속하며, 단일 양성 RNA 게놈을 가지고 있습니다. 초기에는 단일 폴리프로틴으로 번역되며, 이후 세 가지 구조 단백질(C, PrM/M, E)과 일곱 가지 비구조 단백질(NS1, NS2A, NS2B, NS3, NS4A, NS4B, NS5)로 절단됩니다.
NS1 단백질은 세포 내에서 동형이합체를 형성하며 바이러스 복제에 필수적입니다. 감염 후기에는 육각형 지질단백 입자로 분비되어 선천 및 적응 면역계 구성요소와 상호작용함으로써 면역 회피 및 병원성에 관여합니다.
