Product Specific Information

  • Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
  • For formalin-fixed tissues, heat sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 min.

Prolactin (PRL) is a pituitary hormone involved in the stimulation of milk production, salt and water regulation, growth, development, and reproduction. PRL acts via a signal transduction pathway initiated by binding to a transmembrane PRL receptor.
