Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Neprilysin is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhECE-1 and rhECE-2 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS before use.

MMEL1 (Membrane Metallo-Endopeptidase-Like 1) is a member of the neutral endopeptidase (NEP) or membrane metallo-endopeptidase (MME) family.
These proteins are involved in:
- Pain perception
- Arterial pressure regulation
- Phosphate metabolism and homeostasis
MMEL1 is a type II transmembrane protein, thought to be expressed as a secreted protein.
It is mainly expressed in the testis, with weak expression in the brain, kidney, and heart.
