Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat ROBO1, recombinant human ROBO2, and ROBO3 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
ROBO4 acts as a receptor for Slit proteins, particularly SLIT2, and plays a role in angiogenesis and vascular patterning. It may mediate inhibition of endothelial cell migration by Slit proteins and contributes to maintaining endothelial barrier organization and function.
