스트레스 저항성과 액틴 구조 유지에 관여하며, 신경필라멘트 단백질의 인산화 및 축삭 수송을 조절합니다.
유전자 변이는 Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease 2F 및 Neuronopathy distal hereditary motor 2B와 관련될 수 있습니다.
