Target Information
BCL9 is involved in signal transduction through the Wnt pathway and promotes beta-catenin’s transcriptional activity. BCL9 is associated with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and its overexpression may be of pathogenic significance in B-cell malignancies.
