Product Specific Information
The M5/114.15.2 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse MHC class II glycoproteins (I-A/I-E), detecting polymorphic determinants on B cells, monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and activated T lymphocytes from certain H-2 haplotypes.
Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis and tested on mouse splenocytes (≤0.25 µg/test). Optimal performance requires empirical titration.
Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 661 (BUV661) emits at 660 nm and is designed for cytometers with UV (355 nm) lasers. Ensure instrument compatibility.
Buffer recommendation: Use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer or Brilliant Stain Buffer to minimize non-specific polymer interactions.
Light sensitivity: Protect from light to prevent photo-induced oxidation.
Fixation: Samples may be stored in IC Fixation Buffer or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark.
Excitation: 350 nm; Emission: 660 nm; Laser: Ultraviolet.
