Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the homer family of dendritic proteins that regulate group 1 metabotropic glutamate receptor function. The encoded protein acts as a postsynaptic density scaffolding protein. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, and two related pseudogenes have been identified on chromosome 14.
