For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

RARA (Retinoic Acid Receptor Alpha) is a receptor for retinoic acid. It binds as a heterodimer with RXR to retinoic acid response elements (RAREs) and regulates gene expression in response to all-trans or 9-cis retinoic acid.
In the absence of ligand, RXR–RAR heterodimers repress transcription via corepressor complexes. Upon ligand binding, coactivators are recruited, leading to transcriptional activation.
RARA plays a key role in retinoic acid-induced germ cell development, survival of early spermatocytes, and skeletal growth regulation through chromatin remodeling and gene expression control.
