For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

RARA (Retinoic Acid Receptor Alpha) is a nuclear receptor for retinoic acid. It forms heterodimers with RXR to bind retinoic acid response elements (RAREs) and regulates gene expression in various biological processes.
In the absence of ligand, RXR-RAR heterodimers recruit corepressors leading to chromatin condensation and transcriptional repression. Upon ligand binding, corepressors dissociate and coactivators are recruited, resulting in transcriptional activation.
RARA is essential for retinoic acid-induced germ cell development, spermatogenesis, skeletal growth, and granulopoiesis.
