Product Specific Information

  • Immunohistochemistry samples may be prepared using Bouin’s Fixative solution.
  • 1 µg/mL of PA5-77793 was sufficient for detection of HSP110 in 10 µg of human cell line mixed lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
  • Detects approximately 110 kDa.

Target Information

HSPH1 prevents the aggregation of denatured proteins in cells under severe stress, where ATP levels decrease markedly. This protein inhibits HSPA8/HSC70 ATPase and chaperone activities.
