Product Specific Information
A 1:1,000 dilution of PA5-77790 was sufficient for detection of ULK3 in 15 µg of Human HeLa Cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. Detects approximately 53 kDa.
Target Information
ULK3 (unc-51-like kinase 3) is a member of the serine/threonine kinase family involved in the SHH signaling pathway as a positive regulator of GLI proteins. ULK3 enhances GLI transcriptional activity, alters subcellular localization, and phosphorylates GLI proteins in vitro. It is widely expressed, particularly in tissues with active SHH signaling, suggesting its role as a positive regulator in this pathway.
