Product Specific Information

A 1:1,000 dilution of PA5-77792 was sufficient for detection of GABARAPL3 in 15 µg of rat liver cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. Detects approximately 14 kDa.

Target Information

Ubiquitin-like modifier involved in autophagosome formation. Whereas LC3s are involved in elongation of the phagophore membrane, the GABARAP/GATE-16 subfamily is essential for a later stage in autophagosome maturation.
