Target Information

이 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 GTPase 활성화 단백질(GAP)로, focal adhesion kinase와 결합하여 RhoA 및 Cdc42의 GTP 결합 단백질 활성을 매개합니다.
이 유전자의 결함은 juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML)의 원인이 될 수 있습니다. 다양한 전사 변이체가 존재하며, 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화합니다.
