Target Information
EPS15 is a ubiquitously expressed protein involved in cell growth regulation and may participate in the regulation of mitogenic signals and control of cell proliferation. Phosphorylation of EPS15 on Tyrosine 849 upon DNA damage is linked to EGFR internalization. Chromosomal aberrations involving EPS15 are found in acute leukemias, resulting in abnormal activator protein formation.
