Target Information
ITGB1BP3는 니코틴아마이드 리보사이드(NR)와 니코틴산 리보사이드(NaR)를 인산화하여 각각 니코틴아마이드 모노뉴클레오타이드(NMN)와 니코틴산 모노뉴클레오타이드(NaMN)를 형성하는 효소로 작용합니다. 이 단백질은 라미닌 매트릭스 침착 및 세포의 라미닌 부착을 감소시키며, 파이브로넥틴에는 영향을 주지 않습니다. 또한 PXN 단백질 수준과 티로신 인산화를 조절하며, 근육세포의 최종 분화 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
