CD186 (CXCR6)는 G 단백질 결합 케모카인 수용체로, HIV 및 SIV의 세포 수용체 중 하나로 보고되었습니다.
CD186은 활성화 및 기억형 T세포, NKT세포, 일부 형질세포에서 발현됩니다.
마우스 간 NK세포에서는 발현되지만, 비활성 또는 비장 NK세포에서는 발현되지 않는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
리간드인 CXCL16은 대식세포, 수지상세포, 간 내피세포에서 발현됩니다.
CD186은 NKT세포의 대표적인 마커로 자주 사용됩니다.
