Target Information
GRK1은 G 단백질 결합 수용체 키나아제(GRK) 하위계열에 속하는 Ser/Thr 단백질 키나아제입니다.
이 단백질은 시각 색소인 로돕신의 인산화를 촉매하여 광수용체의 빠른 탈감작을 매개합니다.
GRK1 결함은 Oguchi disease 2 (정지성 야맹증 유형 2)를 유발할 수 있습니다.
또한 GRK1은 PKA에 의해 인산화될 수 있으며, 이는 rhodopsin 인산화 능력을 감소시킵니다.
PKA에 의한 GRK1 인산화는 암흑 상태에서 cAMP 수준이 높을 때 발생하는 것으로 추정됩니다.
