Target Information
GRK1은 G 단백질 결합 수용체 키나아제(GRK) 서브패밀리에 속하는 Ser/Thr 단백질 키나아제입니다. GRK1은 시각 색소 로돕신을 인산화하여 탈활성화시키는 과정을 촉진함으로써 막대세포의 빛에 대한 빠른 탈감작을 매개합니다. GRK1 결함은 Oguchi disease 2 (stationary night blindness Oguchi type-2)를 유발할 수 있습니다. 또한 GRK1은 PKA에 의해 인산화될 수 있으며, 이는 로돕신 인산화 능력을 감소시킵니다. 생체 내에서는 암실 상태에서 cAMP 수준이 높을 때 PKA에 의한 GRK1 인산화가 일어날 것으로 추정됩니다.
