Target Information
ADRBK2 (adrenergic beta receptor kinase 2) is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates receptor function. Also known as GRK3, it shares 85% amino acid similarity with ADRBK1 and 95% similarity within the protein kinase catalytic domain. ADRBK2 mRNA is approximately 8 kb and shows a distribution pattern similar to ADRBK1, indicating a family of receptor kinases that broadly regulate receptor function.
