Target Information
Troponin (Tn)은 횡문근 수축을 조절하는 중심 단백질로, Tn-I, Tn-T, Tn-C 세 구성 요소로 이루어져 있습니다.
Tn-C는 칼슘 결합을 통해 억제 작용을 제거하고, 근육 필라멘트의 구조적 변화를 유도하여 actin과 myosin의 상호작용 및 ATP 가수분해를 통해 장력을 생성합니다.
