Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CNOT4 is a 575 amino acid protein with E3 ubiquitin ligase activity, involved in protein modification and ubiquitination.
It contains a C4C4-type RING zinc finger domain, an RNA recognition motif, and a bipartite nuclear localization signal.
CNOT4 is a component of the CCR4-NOT (CAF1) core complex that regulates transcription of multiple genes.
It interacts with CNOT1 via its C-terminus and with E2 ubiquitin ligases via its RING domain.
CNOT4 is phosphorylated in response to DNA damage at consensus sites recognized by ATM and ATR.
