For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

TGF-beta is a ubiquitously expressed cytokine that signals through the Smad protein family to regulate numerous cellular processes such as embryonic development and tumorigenesis.
This signaling is negatively regulated by Ski and SnoN proteins, which bind Smad proteins and prevent their phosphorylation, thereby inhibiting DNA binding and downstream gene transcription.
SnoN is primarily located in the nucleus of cancer tissues or cells, but in the cytoplasm in normal tissues or primary epithelial cells.
