Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
FOXI1 belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors, characterized by a distinct forkhead domain.
Although its specific function is not fully determined, it may play roles in cochlear and vestibular development as well as embryogenesis.
Mutations in this gene may be associated with the common cavity phenotype. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
