Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
The CTNNBL1 protein is a component of the PRP19-CDC5L complex, which activates pre-mRNA splicing and is part of the spliceosome. It also acts as a nuclear localization sequence binding protein, interacts with activation-induced deaminase, and plays a role in antibody diversification. CTNNBL1 may be associated with obesity development. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, and a pseudogene exists on the X chromosome. Diseases associated with CTNNBL1 include Immunodeficiency 99 with Hypogammaglobulinemia and Autoimmune Cytopenias.
