Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
The COQ7 gene encodes a protein similar to a mitochondrial di-iron containing hydroxylase found in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, involved in ubiquinone biosynthesis. Mutations in the yeast homolog lead to slower development and longer lifespan. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been identified for this gene.
