Target Information
C/EBP alpha는 간, 지방, 폐, 장 등 다양한 조직에서 유전자 발현을 조절하는 전사 인자입니다. 이 단백질은 류신 지퍼(leucine zipper) 구조를 통해 DNA에 결합하며, C/EBP beta, gamma, delta, epsilon 등과 유사한 DNA 결합 특이성을 가집니다. 또한 C/EBP beta 및 delta는 서로 또는 C/EBP alpha와 이합체를 형성할 수 있습니다.
