Product Specific Information

Antibody detects endogenous levels of PZR only when phosphorylated at Ser260.

Target Information

Cell surface receptor involved in signal transduction processes. Recruits PTPN11/SHP-2 to the cell membrane and serves as a substrate for PTPN11/SHP-2. Acts as a major receptor for concanavalin-A (ConA) and participates in ConA-induced signaling involving Src family tyrosine-protein kinases. Isoform 3 may have a dominant negative role, blocking tyrosine phosphorylation of MPZL1 induced by ConA. Isoform 1 may regulate integrin-mediated cell motility.
