Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
S1P1 is a G-protein coupled receptor for the bioactive lysosphingolipid sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P), coupled to the G(i) subclass of heteromeric G proteins. S1P1 signaling activates RAC1, SRC, PTK2/FAK1, and MAP kinases. It plays a key role in cell migration, actin cytoskeleton reorganization, and lamellipodia formation in response to sphingosine kinase SPHK1 activation. S1P1 is essential for normal chemotaxis toward sphingosine 1-phosphate, embryonic heart development, and cardiac morphogenesis.
