Product Specific Information

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates for production.
Advantages include:

  • Superior specificity and sensitivity
  • Lot-to-lot consistency
  • Animal origin-free formulations
  • Broader immunoreactivity due to large rabbit immune repertoire

Target Information

ATP synthase is a highly conserved transmembrane enzyme found in plants, fungi, bacteria, and animals. It catalyzes the reversible conversion of ADP and phosphate to ATP, driven by proton flux across membranes during electron transfer.
The enzyme consists of two main sections:

  • F1 ATPase (soluble): α, β, γ, δ, ε subunits
  • F0 ATPase (membrane embedded): a, b, c subunits

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
