Product Specific Information
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
Beta III Tubulin isoform is dominantly expressed in cells of neuronal origin and serves as an early marker of neuronal differentiation. It is used as a specific probe for neuronal cells and tumors derived from them.
This isoform is also found in Sertoli cells of the testis and transiently in non-neuronal embryonic tissues.
