Target Information
Mouse IgG2b는 항원에 반응하여 B 세포에 의해 생성되는 면역글로불린 G 항체의 아형입니다. 혈청 내에서 세 번째로 풍부한 IgG 아형으로, 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있으며, 옵소닌화(opsonization), 보체 활성화(complement activation), 항체 의존성 세포독성(ADCC)에 관여합니다. 또한 T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 활성 억제 등 면역 반응 조절에도 관여합니다.
Mouse IgG2b는 ELISA, Western blotting, Immunohistochemistry 등 다양한 연구 및 진단 응용에 널리 사용되며, 면역치료 및 백신 개발과 같은 치료 연구에도 활용됩니다.
